What can I expect for my first session?
Many people may experience some degree of nervousness upon coming in for their first appointment - and that is okay! We hope you will feel welcomed and comforted in our space, while you fill out paperwork in the waiting room. The team member whom you are scheduled to see will greet you in the waiting room, and show you to their office. You can expect your first session to include exploring what brought you to make an appointment. You may spend some time answering a few simple assessment forms. Ultimately, we are here for you, and will support you in your journey toward growth and wellness - however that looks for you!
